Ethan was home from college last weekend so a few friends came over to see him. I was sitting at the kitchen table and Dorian walked in the door with his arms wide open to hug me, and I’m the mom. That was Dorian, a friend to all. Ethan and Dorian were fast friends starting in middle school at Skybridge. They were pirates, then Queen and Prince, next some storybook characters and on. Dorian was alway a standout character. While a chaperone I saw him recording songs in between rehearsals. if not doing that he was creating a game for the kids to play with the only thing they had available, water bottles.
